What does the 14-day trial include?
Everything on the Wayfound plan. During the trial you get unlimited Navigator, document intelligence, form assistance, letters, deadlines and milestones, and application workspaces, the same as a paying subscriber.
What happens after the trial?
Your account continues on the Free plan unless you choose the paid plan. Nothing is deleted. You keep your eligibility report, your program browsing, and 20 Navigator messages a month.
How does billing for additional children work?
Your first child is included in the $19 / month or $190 / year plan. Each additional child adds $3 / month, or $30 / year if you pay annually.
What does the free plan keep forever?
Browsing all 71 programs across California and Texas, your personalized eligibility report, and 20 Navigator messages each month. The free plan does not expire.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and any documents you have uploaded at any time. See our Security page for how we protect your family's information.
